Analog Devices Sharc DSP .lbr and/or 208 lead LQFP_EP Package

Hello All,

 

i'm looking for a .lbr for one of the newer SHARC DSPs, as the ADSP-21367,

ADSP-21368, ADSP-21369, ADSP-21371 or ADSP-21375. Even the 208 lead LQFP_EP

Package (the one with the exposed powerpad) would be a great. Can someone

help?

    You should expect to make your own landings for these packages.  If you

    decide to do so, take your spec sheet dimensions and go here:

     

    http://www.necel.com/pkg/en/mount/2/2_1/2_1_4/tsop2lp/index.html

     

    and calculate the pad dimensions from the formulas presented.  You can also

    calculate the pads for your LQFP by selecting it in the left side menu.

    It's fun and rewarding to do it your own package libraries!  Good luck!
