Can anyone help, I am fairly new to eagle but have a query related to the Zetec transistor outline (NPN-3L) this is an transistor package described as e-line it is very compact with limited space between connection pins, my problem is that when I view this outline on the board the 3 connection pads become joined together the clearance between them has disappeared. When you view the package in the library the pads do not overlap at all, I have tried to amend the package by reducing the pad size but it does not seem to translate the size correctly when on the board the pads seem to widen? and ideas.
