Transferring Eagle prefs between Mac computers?

Hello,

Due to a hardware upgrade, I've moved from Eagle v5 on a PPC Mac running OSX 10.5.8 to v6 on an Intel Mac running 10.8.5.

Is there any way to transfer/import my preferences e.g. grid settings into the new version on the new computer?

    Hi Justin,

     

    If you defined your preferences in the eagle.scr and related scripts,

    then all you have to do is copy those files over, from one machine to

    the other.

     

    Now if all of your preferences are defined in the eaglerc.usr file then

    similarly, you would have to transfer the files from one computer to the

    other. This can be more cumbersome since the eaglerc.usr file is stored

    deeper in your hard drive.
