Two sided divice layout profile

I am reatively new to using eagle

I am designing a motor controller board based around Toshiba
TB6560AHQ chips. These chips have ZIP25
pin configuration, I have seen boards on line where these Toshiba
chip are edge mounted. By edge mounted I mean that the two closely spaced rows of pins on the chip straddle the edge of
a PC board. This configuration puts one row of pins on each side of the board
where they a surface soldered to trace pads. I would like to have that option on my eagle
layout if possible.

I down lorded the tb6560 library but would like to use this
somewhat unique mounting style rather then the through the hole layout. Is it
possible to download or build a device layout for this chip so that half
of the connection pads are on one side of the board and the other half are in
the correct positions on the opposite side of the board?

It's certainly possible to define a package in that manner. Check out

F09D and others in the con-subd library, for example. The odds are

you'll have to do the work to create it yourself, though.
