I have some fairly dense board designs and the standard positioning of
the silk screen labels as defined in the library definition of the part
sometimes means that in dense designs the labels woudl; appear
superimposed on other parts, or be blanked due to bein under parts or
masked by solder mask areas..
Is it possible to move the labels independently of the part pads and
outlines in the board view ?
