Gerber has missing pads

I have been using Eagle 4.16 for several years and recently moved up to

Version 5.3.  I just completed my first design and when I was reviewing the

Gerber files I noticed that some of the SMT pads were missing on the copper,

solder mask, and paste.  One component is a 4 lead LED and is used 29 times

on the board.  Two of them have all four pads missing and the others are

fine.  Another is a 0603 resistor that is used 34 times and 7 of them have

the pads missing on the copper, solder mask, and paste layer.  Another 4 of

the 0603 resistors have the pads on the copper but no solder mask or paste.

I can't find any difference between parts that work and ones that don't.

They are the same library components with the same settings.

I am using the GERBER_RS274X output device.

Anyone have any ideas?

    It looks as though the problem was actually just my Gerber viewer.  I have

    been using Camtastic 2000 for years with no problems until now.  I

    downloaded ViewMate and it looks fine.

    You can always ZIP it and send it to FreeDFM.com.  FreeDFM generates

    check plots, and checks silkscreen problems, etc.  And, yes, it really

    is free.
