Regarding Eagle Hobbyist

Question

Some time ago (my declaration was signed on November 28th) I sent a request to obtain a Hobbyist Licence for Eagle.

The destination email address was sales@cadsoftusa.com.

I did not attach my declaration, as this is a forum post.

My Fremium licence is due to expire shortly, so I would like to convert this as soon as possible.

An email from CadSoft arrived today, which I'll follow up when I can get to a printer / fax machine.

Update January 15th. Followed up with an email providing the necessary details.

A licence number and download details was sent.

Problem solved.

Try contacting sales@cadsoftusa.com again, the person who deals with

that e-mail sits directly across from me.

Have you made sure your spam filter (or your ISP's) is not getting their

response? I know on Comcast (my ISP) they have a spam filter that I have

to go into the web browser to view and it periodically has things in there

it should not have trapped.
