CD4021 power and ground

I have a CD4021N in my schematic from the default libraries, but the power and ground pins are not on the schematic. So when I go to turn it into a board those pins are not connected to anything. How can I connect the power and ground pins?

Use invoke and click the ic or invoke and name the ic-name in command
line to get it.
