distance and drill errors on vias

I have a completed my first board, a 2 layer board, and it involves a few vias. The lands are all 16 mils. Regardless of how the lands meet - 0 or 90 degrees, I have distance and drill DRC errors on every land joining via. The board has ground polygons on top and bottom and the vias that connect the top and bottom do not report errors.

I've read many things and tried quite a few of the suggestions and I've got to be missing something.

Help!

FYI Not all of your post at Element 14 got to the Eagle Newsgroup.

That aside. Check the names of the vias are the same as the traces and
the size of the via drill is greater than that set for vias in the DRC.

Hello Mark,

I think you need to check your grid setting on the board layout.
Make sure your grid setting is a lot greater than your via drill measurement.
You may attach your schematics if this is not clear to you.
