How to create custom pads bigger than Eagle proposes ?

I had the same problem. Now I use drill-aid.ulp. It creates a new layer with bigger pads than original.
Hi Terry,
I hope you're doing well. You're not restricted to the sizes that show
up in the PAD settings. You can actually type in your own value into the
combo box, then hit the enter for the setting to be placed in the list.
If you're talking about a different pad issue or i've misunderstood you
please let me know.
