printing pcb borders in board view

I don't have a need to send gerber files to a board shop. I want to print from the the board view. Why is my printer only printing 3 of the 4 borders of the pcb?

Please, check all four lines are placed on the layer Dimension (20).

What line width are you using for the border? When I have seen this, it turned out that my printer would sometimes not be able to display a line that Eagle had designated as width = 0 or 1 or 2. If I changed the line width of the border to 5, then the printer would always show it correctly.
