Connection 3+ components

Former Member

Hello.

I have connection between 3+ components in 1 point. When I convert schematic to board Eagle decide there to make connections between those components by himself.

I mean components 1, 2, 3 connected to 1 junction in a schematic, on board component 1 connected with component 2, component 2 with component 3. And I want component 1 with component 2, component 1 with component 3. It is correct but I can't make auto routing.

    Hello

Hold down CTL key to route from a trace that is already routed when

there is no airwire. You could also route from each component to the

star point(junction). You can also 'RATSNEST'  at any time to have the

    airwires re-calculated.

The air wires are always the shortest distance between the two nets.  In

your example, component 3 is closer to component 2 than it is to

component 1.  Hence the air wire is from 2 to 3.

If you want to somewhat mirror what you have on the schematic, route

from 1 to the common point representing the junction, then to 2.  Then

route from 3 to the common point.

    HTH,
