Change pad shpe to rectangular

How can I change the shape of pad of first pin of IC to rectangular long shape?

There are only options of square, hexagon and round.

    I ended up adding four .05 x .025 Smd pads to the dip packages I am using, 2ea on the top layer and 2ea on the bottom layer, leaving the original pin #1 pad in place.  Remove the cream setting on the Smd pads.

     

    I circled all five pads and copied them, went to the other dip packages in the library, pasted the copied pads over pin #1 and then deleted one of the pin #1 pads then saved that package.
