I have a mixed-signal circuit. Analog and Digital on the same PCB, thus I require (2) GND and (2) Power Planes...
After drawing the 1st polygon and creating a GND Plane.... What do I have to do to this polygon/plane to have it recognised by the successive Plane *such that* the successive-drawn polygons/planes will route around each completed plane (like the tool does already for traces, holes, pads, etc.).
When I draw the 2nd plane - it does not route around the 1st plane... instead, it routes over it (biut, routes around traces, holes, pads, etc.)
I would think since the polygon is named with the NET Name (like GND) it would become an object just like a trace, hole, pad, etc. and maintain isolation...
Is there something I have to do to the Plane to route this way?
