How to import BXL format symbols/footprints in OS X Eagle?

Hi all,

What is the best way to import BXL format symbols/footprints when using Mac OS X-based Eagle? The freeware Ultra Librarian Reader is Windows only, as far as I can tell.

BTW, I'm not interested in crossover, WINE, etc., based work-arounds, because these are productivity killers: I need something OS X native.

Hi Dale,

I hope you're doing well. As far as I know the BXL format is strictly

compatible with Ultra Librarian so you have to use it. Ultra Librarian

looks like it would lend itself well to running well under WINE or

Quartz. In my experience, there hasn't been much of a performance hit.

You'd have to try it out. In the best case it runs smoothly with out you

having to go in an tinker with the WINE settings. It's worth a shot.
