I have a grid of thermal vias connected to a ground plane. If I ripup GND, all these vias are deleted. Is there a way I can ripup GND without losing all my thermal vias? I was thinking of naming them GND1 or something, but I don't know the right way to connect GND to GND1 in that scenario.
