VCC, GND, VEE not showing on the schematic

First, I'll start off by saying I'm an Eagle newbie. I'm trying to use a part that doesn't show it's Vcc, GND, and Vee connection pins, when I place it on the schematic. The specific part is 40xx:4051:4051N. When I view it in the Add Part window, the Vcc, GND, and Vee pins are shown, but are separated from the main part. When I place it on the schematic, the main part shows, but not those separate pins. How do I make the connection to the pins if they are not displayed.

    See HELP > INVOKE

When a device can be is depicted on the schematic as a number of

different portions, these portions are called gates.

These gates each have an 'add level' and that determines how and when

    these portions (symbols) appear.

Power pins often have an add level of 'Request' which you do with INVOKE
