Alignment issues

Just finished my first Eagle layout. When checking the Gerber with DFM Now! V6, most of the drill holes, and some of the silkscreen are misaligned. I've seen the discussion on making sure the, "pos. Coord" setting is matched across all jobs, and I've verified they are all off. I'm including an image of the layout from DFM Now!, showing the stack of drill holes in the lower left.

    I'll offer the guess that the CAM job producing the drill coordinates is

    set up with a different number of digits or different decimal place than

    the Gerber viewer expects. The CAM job must be configured properly for

    the board house that will produce the boards, and the viewer configured

    to expect that format.
