    useful

info, however, it is hard coded in mm units. Could this ULP be changed

to include a selection for metric or imperial units ?

It would be better if the ULP queried the current grid setting and then

used that.  That way it would be consistent with the way the rest of EAGLE

    handles units.

    Hi,

I would prefer the James option (check the current grid setting), because what ever the default value of this option, I would never be the good one for half of users !

    Guillaume.

    Hi James and Guillaume,

I agree the ulp should read the Board grid units and report in those units.

Opening the statistic-brd.ulp shows the author does suggest changing the units using the uval variable.

Setting uval = 3, the statistic-brd.ulp does report all measurements in inches, except for the area measurements; they appear to be hard coded in mm.

So, line 40 uval = 0 is Micron, 1 is mm, 2 is Mil and 3 is Inch.

This is a workaround that makes this ulp quite useable.

Perhaps the author can make the area measurements selectable.

    Cheers.... Howard
