How do I convert my old Eagle 4.16 projects to Eagle 6.5 projects?

Open it .... Eagle does the conversion itself. Just tested. Sch and BRD
files of course, LBR as well.

As said, v6 will open the v4 files but it will save them back as v6
files so I suggest you make copies of your v4 files prior to opening
them in v6
