Hi there.
I Have Some experience in making boards but have now a small challenge.
Like to make some round shaped, 4 cm in diameter boards out of a 8*10 cm board. Obviously it must be possible to " break out" the small round PCBs after the SMDs are soldered.
I did read about the milling layer and mouse bites.
Guess I should make 4 arches around the round shape with a couple of mm apart from each other and in that spacing some small holes, right?
if this is correct what should be the with of the arch? And the space between them. Is it correct to put that in the milling layer 46?
and the mouse bites, advise on number and size?
Hope one of you can help, like to avoid mistakes.
Thanks
Bert
