The wire connection in the schematic is not able to connect. but the same thing is getting done with the previous file.

Kindly suggest the solution. I am using Eagle 6.5

Hi,

you did not place the components in the 0.1 inch grid. All the symbols are defined in 0.1 inch grid and you should place them with this grid setting in the schematic.

You could use snap-on-grid sch.ulp to correct this.
