Advanced Circuits FreeDFM solder mask problem

I tried the link for their FreeDFM board check with my Eagle designs.   I

seem to always get solder mask clearance errors when I send them all the

gerber files made with gerber 274x.   I even played with changing the

clearance of the masks in DFM and it doesn't change the errors I get.

I called and talked to Adv Circuits and they said it looks like it would be

OK.  I ordered a board and of course it ended up on Cam hold.   Again on the

phone they are no help with missing solder mask stuff on that layer.    I

have loaded the gerber files into ViewMate and they look OK to me there as

well as in Eagle.

I'm stuck and don't know how to fix this problem.   Any suggestions please?

Thanks

-Dave

Here is what advanced circuits has for their solder mask requirement:

    1. Soldermask Swell

This is the expansion of mask relief over pad area. Our minimum is

0.005" over pad dimension or 0.0025" each side. Advanced Circuits will

modify files to meet the minimum dimension.

Here are a few things that you may or may not have already done to find

    the source of the error.

    1.  I think Eagle uses a default of .004" with a max of .020".  Change

the DRC to .005" minimum.  Shouldn't matter, but for grins it's a place

    to start.

    2. Make sure layers 29 and 30 are enabled, and then run the DRC to see

    if you get any errors.

    3. If you get an error try turning of the place, value & name layers to

see if the silk screen is interfering with the solder mask.  A lot of

the EAGLE library parts don't take this into account.  This may be why

advanced Circuits is kicking back your board.

    Cheers,
