Hi,
It quite fastidious to rename net that is also used in a bus. when we rename a net, it would be nice to propose more options, if this net is also included in a bus. For example if I rename a net A12 in to ADR12, and if this net is included in buses, eagle should propose :

|| * All segments on this sheet (if applicable)
|| * All segments on all sheet (if applicable)
=================
=================
|| *Don't update in any buses
|| *Update in buses in this sheet (if applicable)
|| * Update in buses in all sheet (if applicable)
=================
because today, you have to rename the segments, then to rename the buses...
And since we are in the buses naming.... renaming buses windows need a little update. With long name, and/or large buses, the 1 line editor is quite unusable.... Please let us select the names on several lines (an array with One net per line would be the best).
