If you want to do it properly, yes. Because these parts are system
components and not part of the PCB assembly. So they should not be on
the schematic as components. If they are needed to understand the
schematic you could draw them on another layer maybe.
However, if they will be soldered to the board in the production process
and then the boards with the external parts are one common assembly and
stored in the warehouse as such then they should be drawn on the
schematic. Like the OLED display on this board, it's flopping about but
soldered to the board and thus part of board:
