Hello,

can you recommend me software for designing PCBs and schematic? I just have one requirement .. It has to be free.. yes I want Eagle but it's too expensive for me.

What about the free edition of Eagle? It's free.

You probably have more requirements than you know.

For instance, does it need to be compatible with Windows, Linux or Mac?
What board sizes do you need? For instance, the light (free) version of
Eagle is limited to 100x80mm. Also you are limited to the 2 outer layers
and one schematic sheet.
