Is there a way to name sheets instead of just numbering them? or maybe add a description? thanks.

Right click on the sheet and select "description". This field accepts HTML code. The H1 tag at the beginning will be the name of the sheet and the following paragraph tag will be the description.
Thanks for your help but I cannot get that to work. I am using 6.5.0 standard. No place that I right click gives me a place to select description. When the sheet is open in schematic editor? From the control panel? When you say "click on the sheet" what do you mean? Thanks.

Jason meant to say right click on the sheet thumbnail but you may not
have thumbnails displayed.
You can achieve the renaming from the schematic editor using Edit >
Schematic Description and then use Jason's guidance re the HTML if need
be. Then do a save. On the control panel you should perform a View > Refresh

I'm using v7.10 and I'm pretty positive that it worked on v6.x.
When in the schematic editor, locate the "sheets" window and select the sheet that you want to name and right click on it.
If you do not see the sheets window, go to Options > User interface > and check "Sheet thumbnails." It should be the last entry under Controls
Thanks Jason! That was it, I did not have the thumbs displayed. Perfect!
