PCB artwork of 8 by 10 inches.

i see the free version of of eagle cad is limited to 100 millimeters by 300 millimeters.I want to design PCB artwork of 8 by 10 inches. what would suggest i do?

Two options: a) Buy the professional version b) split your design over a number of boards.

8 by 10 inches is a very large PCB nearly the size of a sheet of paper. Is this what you need???

The circuit is simple but contains a lot of parts
The board will contain the following
   Headers to plug into the Arduino mega 2560
26 10kohm resistors (these are pull down resistors attached to the Arduino i/o lines and off board pushbutton switches).
   26 small relays http://www.radioshack.com/compact-5vdc-1a-spst-reed-relay/2750232.html#q=reed%2Brelay&start=1
   16 three pole terminal blocks http://www.radioshack.com/nte-25-e400-03-terminal-block-eurostyle/55055590.html#q=terminal&start=6

Looks like 100 millimeters is shy 4 inches and 300 millimeters is 11+ inches.Design 2 boards with connectors to each other or 2 boards on top of each other. For the latter case, the headers will need clearance big enough for the top of the relays. I would offset enough for the pole terminals on the edges. How does that sound? Do you have any power requirements for all these relays? See http://www.seeedstudio.com/wiki/Relay_Shield_V1.0 for only 4 relays...
