Greetings!!
My Toolbar icons and text size are really small and I can't figure out how to change them. I tried changing the resolution of my computer screens and changing the size of the title bars,icons, menus etc. All of my recommended sizes are turned on. What can I do to have my tool bars in schematic/board screen become bigger and easier to see?

As a temporary fix, you can tell Windows to look for a "manifest" file and then add a file that tells it that Eagle is not resolution aware and so it must scale it.

It isn't optimal, you lose the advantage of the 4k screen for Eagle, but at least it is usable.
I'm tempted to go crawling around looking for resource files to modify to fix it properly, but since it has been over 6 months since this was reported, I'm sure a fix is imminent...
