Adding attribute name and value to symbol

I'm defining an part device for an LED.  The LED Device has an attribute called "BRIGHTNESS".  When I add the device to a schematic, I would the attribute to be shown by default, along with it's value (e.g, "BRIGHTNESS = 90").

If I added a text item with ">BRIGHTNESS" to the symbol, the value will appear alone by default in the schematic (e.g. "90").

On the other hand, if I use the attribute tool, I can make the it show up as "BRIGHTNESS = 90" by selecting the "both" from the display menu.

Is there a way to get the "display both" behavior automatically by setting something in the symbol?

    As it says in the HELP > Editor Commands > TEXT >attributes

    If you define in the symbol a text object >BRIGHTNESS=

    Then in the device an attribute BRIGHTNESS with a value of, say, 50

    When added to the schematic the part will display a text saying

    BRIGHTNESS = 50
