I've just downloaded my Fremium version of Eagle CAD 7.2.0 for Mac OSX and couldn't see the LTCspice Export/Import button, like the video tutorial for Windows shows.
I've looked only as deep as "This ULP runs only on Windows" error message in the correspondent ltspice.ulp script to conclude that Mac binding to LTSpice is simply not there.
As a novice EE hobbyist, I could really use some simulation before soldering anything. Eagle is my second CAD after QUCS, which I found extremely useful specifically for that reason.
Unfortunately QUCS doesn't cover PCB design.
The ltspice.ulp script itself is not too big. LTspice itself is available for Mac and as far as I can tell the directory tree in similar on both Windows and Mac.
On the surface, it looks like a simple matter of PATH settings in the ltspice.ulp script
I wonder what is the holdup to port LTSpice Export/Import to Mac? May be by programming skills could be of an assistance?
