Looking for assistance in help to reprogram chip. I need to adjust power to motors based on numbers shown

Not sure what i need nor where to connect. Serious bwginner here. Any ideas.

If i have to yes. Yet based on the dc controller it is hooked to i will need to see what is currently there.

Your first step would be to find a data sheet. this is the first page I found.
