Creating new pairs of top/bottom layers

Question

I would like to create a new pair of layers (e.g., tArt and bArt) that behave like the other top/bottom layer pairs (e.g., tPlace and bPlace). In particular, in mirrored packages, I would like the contents of the "t" layer to end up in the "b" layer and vice versa.

Is there a way to do this?

Is there a way to do this?

layer pairs up to 59/60 have that property, but it's not guaranteed

that eagle won't not use the free pair for its own purposes eventually
