Board dimensions in free version

Is it possible to create a 3.2x4 board instead of a 4x3.2 board in the free version of Eagle?  I've tried rotating the board but I still get the "free version can't" ... error.  There's an old answer on this forum from 2010 saying it should work but I'm not sure if that's the still the case.

No. The freeware limitation is very clearly defined in terms of maximum

values for X and Y coordinates. You cannot swap them.

However, there is nothing to stop you designing your board in

"landscape" even if your final fitment will be "portrait". You will need

to be careful about rotating an existing design (whether partial or

created in a paid-for version) because any placement outside the 4x3 box

    will be an error.
