Hi I've downloaded a number of libraries for eagle but cant install / open them I get an error is there a process to install new libraries?

No does not work
I'm using eagle 5.10 assuming that is the Problem

Do you see a folder with named lbr? Just checking this has nit changed since 4.1 see eagle: adding libraries
