Hi, I am starting a 4 layer PCB using v6.5.0 pro, and have added the following layers setup : ([15:(1*2)*(15*16):2])
Under Sizes, minimum width, drill, and micro via are 0.25mm with ratio 0.5.
Under Restring, via min and max are 0.2mm.
With width 0.3, diameter auto, and drill 0.25, when I route on layer 1, and switch to layer 2, the resulting via has outer and inner diameter of 0.4532mm.
When I route on layer 1, and switch to layer 15, the resulting via has outer and inner diameter of 0.6564mm.
This is unexpected behavior, and neither searching on Google or attempting different DRC settings has led me anywhere.
I will be grateful for any assistance towards understanding this behavior.
