I have a hobby license for version 7.2. I have downloaded and installed 7.3. How do I transfer the license to the new version?

Where is the original email? I do not see a transfer ability. But you can try this https://shop.cadsoftusa.com/en/upgrade/ ans see where that leads you.

Please follow the steps below:

Without uninstalling noghing (it is not needed) install the new version after downloading the 7.3 from cadsoftusa.com in the download area.
launch it and you will asked for the license file. You will have it saved somewhere on your computer, or download it again using the link form your original email
add the license code that you have received during the license file download procedure
confirm and your new Eagle version 7.3 will start licensed.

These versions are compatible for license-transfering as these are not major versions but minor versions upgrade.
