Running Eagle 7.3 on a MacBook Pro with Retina display and it looks pretty fuzzy. I notice in the app's file info that the "open in low resolution" box is checked but greyed out to inhibit changes.
Any way to fix this?

applications - Open in Low Resolution checkbox on Retina MacBook Pro checked and disabled - Ask Different may help. Please try Since I have no Mac
Thanks for looking that up.
I tried it and it did vastly improve all the textual elements, which helps quite a bit. The graphical icons such as the tool selectors are still low-res but very usable anyway. The rendering of the schematics seems a bit rough when zoomed out but looks very nice and workable when zoomed in.
As a side note for any other potential Mac users, I found that Eagle does not recognize any of the standard MacBook trackpad gestures, two-finger-scroll, pinch-to-zoom, etc. So I had to resort back to my old Targus mini bluetooth mouse which actually works pretty well. I haven't tried a Mac mouse so I can't say how that might work.
(Update) The trackpad gestures do work if you set the "mouse wheel zoom" option in the user interface settings dialog box to 0 (zero) and uncheck "legacy mouse wheel mode." But then the wheel mouse gets a little wonky. It's one or the other I suppose!
