Dimension Value Backwards

Can you please tell me why the numbers shown when viewing the dimension of a line

is backwards as shown in the enclosed picture? I can't seem to figure out how
to change the way the numbers are viewed. They are backwards all the time.

I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was viewing the wrong "layer"
for the board.
I was not actually looking at the dimension of the board but the bottom
layer. My mistake!
