If you wait for people to create and publish every library you ever needyou'll likely never finish a board. Read the manual and online tutorialsand learn how to create parts yourself. It's really not that hard and, witha little practice, in most cases is quicker than posting a message on aforum once you have built up a library of common footprints.

Did you read the eagle manual for creating libs?
So do not wait for anybody who creates it for you.
Do-it-yourself is the best way and you know what you have.
