xconvert?

xconvert was developed in the late 80s and came with EAGLE 2 and 3.

It no longer part of the EAGLE distribution.

There are available some newer user contributed tools in the

Downlaod area. Please check for example importbom_and_netlist.zip

in the ULP directory.

I have it in 4.16, right in the bin directory.

Export from Orcad a 'Multiwire' Netlist.  Then you can run xconvert to

create a script, which creates the netlist in a board.

You must have all parts laid on the board to connect.

Unfortunately you can not import a netlist to a schematic.
