Spice Opus is free and have prepared ULP for Eagle schematic interface -
see:

There is also an example project in this link and nice tutorial at:
http://www.spiceopus.si/download/tutorial-rsam.pdf
In old days it was created tutorial for using Spice Opus with Eagle. File is
still at:
ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/eagle/userfiles/misc/eaglesp3-0.99e.tgz
it was my first attempt to simulation
