Regarding RS485 on Raspberry Pi

Hi,

Iam looking for connecting the Raspberry PI to 4 meters which are able to provide Modbus RS485 data on terminals A & B.

Kindly help me to understand with diagram, how can I connect these Signals to Raspberry Pi & software guidelines to read the data using python so that the data can be logged in PI in csv or other suitable format.

This is posted in 'EAGLE Support' which is not related to your question, and you won't get a good response
by posting in the wrong thread because less people interested in your subject-matter with be monitoring it.

Why is it posted in the wrong thread, could you show the link that you clicked on? It seems many people
seem to think EAGLE support is appropriate for Raspberry Pi related questions.

There is no RS485 interface on the RPI, but you could buy a USB-RS485USB-RS485 adapter for it.
