I need ATE test pads on my board.
Which library are they in?

Is there a way to make a pad without a hole?
I can make the drill tiny in a standard pad but my board house will
complain.
Circular SMD pad?... I don't seem to be able to draw a neat circular copper
area.
What is the secret.
