Turn on just the layers you want in the print, then use FILE > EXPORT >
IMAGE and check MONOCHROME. Now you can use ordinary image tools to flip
black and white, mirror, rotate, etc.

Hi, thank you!! That works - u do need to have a graphics program that will
print it correctly - photo shop is able to. I also found that if the board
background in eagle is set to black and you select monochrome and save the
image it will save a negative image and if you have a white background it
will be a positive image.
