is there any way to import to Eagle a Pcad 2001 schematic ?

Yes, we are just wrapping up testing of just such a tool. Now this is a
professional tool and it won't be free (it's not a trivial issue). Contact
me to find out more. We can also do this as a service if you just have one
design or don't want to deal with the details.
