Thermal relief on vias

I am still on 4.xx but a short thick trace with width greater then the

pad diameter + 2 x isolate value should connected to the via should hot

have issues the polygon (ranks).

I hadn't thought of putting a "dot" of a large wire right on top of the via.

In summary, the bottom line is that turning thermals off on a per-via

basis is not available.  However, there are two workarounds.

First, add a polygon around the vias of interest and turn thermals off

for that polygon.

Second, a wire right on top of the via of a width large enough to cover

the thermals.
