I usually right-click each schematic sheet and give it a description. I

would like the headline from this description to appear on the schematic

(within the titleblock of the frame). Is this possible?

 

I checked the help file / TEXT / Text Variables section, looking for a

special text that will give me either the "headline" or the "description"

of the current sheet, but didn't see anything like this.

    I have my own edited frame and a >DESCRIPTION attribute there. It allows

    longer description than the sheet thumbnail description field. This

    works great, but allowing access to the sheet thumbnail description is a

    good idea. It should have been accessible as a read only attribute/text

    variable, maybe named SHEET_DESCRIPTION.

     

     

  • As a workaround, I like the idea of using a sheet attribute to fill in the

    FYI: It seems that Autodesk implemented in the 8.4.0 release.
