I have eagle standard edition. How do i determine where the standard
board area is. I am getting really frustrated trying to place a board
outline and it keeps giving me the frickin message but is really
unhelpful as to where i can place it.

Hi Glenn,
I hope you're doing well. The board area is defined as follows. The
bottom left corner is at (0 0) and the top right corner is at (160mm 100mm)
Make sure that all of your copper is within that area.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
Best Regards,
Jorge Garcia

Dunno the standard but try the the 0.0 (cross-hair) as the bottom left
of the area.
