dlgListView and keyboard

Hi all,

while the focus is on a dlgListView it reacts to keyboard input with

jumping to the next entry where the value in the first column starts

with the corresponding character. This is usefull.

It would be even more usefull if you could select the culumn.

An obvious solution would be to use the column the the list view is

sorted by.

I'm on V6.6 still, so just ignore this  if this has already  been

adressed in V7.x

    Hi Lorenz,

I just tried this is 7.6.2 and it still works as you describe.

I think your suggestion would be quite useful although maybe have it so the

sort column is chosen by clicking on any of the data in that column? Then

the header or even the whole column could change to a slightly darker shade

to show it's the highlighted column. The reason for this is you might

prefer a different sort order but still need to be able to easily get to a

certain item in the list. It would be even better if you could type more

than one letter to narrow it down further.

    Best Regards,

    Rachael
